Description

Experience Ward Creek trail, a beautiful Southeast Alaska location, on a snowy day in December, 2025. Ward Creek trail is busy with cruise ship visitors in the summer, and I enjoyed several summers leading tours there. On the morning that I painted this, in December, 2025, I sat on the trail on my little stool, enjoying the perfect peace of a cool, overcast morning in fresh, crisp snowfall. The waterfall nearby filled the air with a soothing resonance and a bracing misty breeze.

Acrylic gouache on museum quality paper 5″ x 7″ unframed. Shipped in a sturdy, flat mailer and protected in a plastic sleeve so that it arrives to you safely. Original paintings may have slight water spots or smudges on the edges from being out in the wilderness with me.
